We would like you to read our Purchase & Shipping Terms carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing products (the Products) via our website (our Website).
Your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these Purchase & Shipping Terms, which constitute the agreement between XM Active Pty Ltd (ABN 63 628 645 563) (we, us, our, or XM Active) and you, the customer.
You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.
You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, we will not be obliged in any way to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.
All prices quoted on the Website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice to you.
Our prices do not include transport insurance or any secondary attempts to deliver ordered Products to you.
We accept payment via Credit Card, PayPal and AfterPay.
We reserve the right to refund and cancel any suspected fraudulent transactions
After you make payment for your order, you will receive a transaction confirmation email, which confirms receipt of your order.
Use your account balance, instant bank transfer or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex).
Please note, you do not need to hold an account with PayPal to make payment via Credit Card (although it does save time!).

We do not store your credit card details at any time so consumer confidence and satisfaction is assured at all times.

PROCESSING OF ORDERS
We process purchases on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in VIC. If you purchase any of the Products on a non-business day, we will process the purchase on the next business day.
Shipping will be via Australia Post or Sendle Couriers only. You will receive an email with the tracking details of your order within 24 hours of it being sent.
Please allow 24-48 for your tracking to become live on the Australia Post or Sendle website.
If you are not available to receive your Products at the time of delivery, please make sure you ship to an address that can accept delivery in person. This will be your responsibility.
XM Active accepts no responsibility for lost or late shipments. Tracing your Products may take up to 10 working days with either of our shipping providers. You agree that ownership of any Product that you order transfers to you once we have shipped it to you.
We cannot guarantee delivery times. However, your Products will be sent within 1 to 7 business days, depending on whether or not the Product or Products are available. If any delays, we will make contact with you directly and advise of options should this occur.
We reserve the right to reject and refund orders due to location and shipping costs required.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
We may cancel your order for any reason. If we are unable to provide you with the products you have ordered or based on your shipping location & costs we reserve the right to to cancel and refund your order. We will contact you should this occur.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
PRODUCTS MISSING FROM AN ORDER
If for any reason a Product is missing from an order, please email email@example.com with the order number and the product code or product name of the Product you ordered, and we will investigate your claim.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Any return of Products and refunds will be governed in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.
The laws of Victoria, Australia govern these Purchase & Shipping Terms.
